Our track record is a point of pride with us. Over the past four decades, our lawyers have tried virtually every kind of civil and criminal case, obtaining an excellent verdict or settlement in virtually every matter we have handled.
On the civil side, we have represented Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, their board members and executives, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in everything from ordinary contract disputes to bet-the-company litigation. Our firm has a significant nationwide qui tam practice, representing whistleblowers inside corporations that have exposed fraud against the federal and state governments.
Major news organizations have covered our cases for years, and increasingly, have sought our senior partners' opinions on current legal issues about commercial, qui tam and white collar cases. David Berg and Joel Androphy have appeared on almost all of major network and cable news networks, including ABC, CBS, CNBC, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, and Bloomberg, and have been interviewed by and included in articles published by periodical such as the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, Time Magazine, BBC, Businessweek, Forbes, Fox News and Reuters. In addition, Joel is the legal analyst for ABC Houston and was recognized as the Best Civil Attorney in the Houston Press' 2009 Best of Houston® publication.
