Our History
Our track record is a point of pride with us. Over the past four decades, our lawyers have tried virtually every kind of civil and criminal case, obtaining an excellent verdict or settlement in virtually every matter we have handled.
On the civil side, we have represented Fortune 100 and 500 corporations, their board members and executives, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in everything from ordinary contract disputes to bet-the-company litigation. In addition, our firm has developed a significant nationwide qui tam practice, cases in which whistleblowers inside corporations expose fraud against the government.
On the criminal side, our early practice in state court cases evolved over the years into representation of individuals and corporations accused of white collar crimes.
