Caroline Gorman earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the Texas Review of Litigation. As a third-year law student, Caroline worked for the University of Texas Mental Health Clinic, providing free representation to clients at probable cause and commitment hearings.
Caroline serves on the Board of Governors and Visitors of her undergraduate alma mater, St. John’s College, on the finance, audit and compliance, and advancement committees, helping to steer the College through a $300 million endowment campaign.
After graduating law school, Caroline practiced at Baker Botts LLP, with a focus on oil and gas litigation. She joined Berg & Androphy in February 2020
