Carlos Doroteo
Biography
Mr. Doroteo practices across a wide range of legal areas. Mr. Doroteo mainly handles federal Whistleblower False Act claims and retaliation claims and white collar litigation.
Mr. Doroteo also has extensive policy experience, having worked at the Texas Legislature and at Houston City Council. While in law school, he started Citizens Empowered, a non-profit organization dedicated to Empower People and Perfecting Democracy.
Mr. Doroteo has a passion for criminal justice reform, and currently sits on the board of the Texas Fair Defense Project.
